Let's be Real - Mental Health for Young Minds

School wellbeing consulting

Most school wellbeing strategies are well written and weakly lived. We help schools close the gap between the policy document and what happens on a Tuesday afternoon.

Consulting is available as a short audit, a term-long design engagement, or ongoing advisory alongside training delivery.

Wellbeing audit

  • Review of current strategy, policy and referral pathways
  • Staff and student listening sessions
  • Where support breaks down in practice
  • A short, prioritised set of recommendations

Strategy design

  • A whole-school wellbeing framework with named owners
  • Aligned language across students, staff and parents
  • A calendar of training and literacy modules across the year
  • Measures that show whether anything actually changed

Implementation support

We stay involved while the strategy lands: coaching wellbeing leads, running the training tiers and reviewing progress each term.

Who we work with

International and bilingual schools in Germany and across Europe, plus organisations building wellbeing programmes for young people.

Common questions

How do we start a whole-school wellbeing strategy?
Start with a short audit. We review your current strategy, policy and referral pathways, listen to staff and students, and come back with a prioritised set of recommendations you can act on this term.
How long does a wellbeing audit take?
Typically two to three weeks from first conversation to written recommendations, including listening sessions on site or online.
Do you replace our existing framework?
No. We map onto what already exists, name the gaps and help you fill them rather than starting again.
How do we measure whether wellbeing work is working?
We define a small set of measures with you - referral patterns, staff confidence, student help-seeking - and review them each term so change is visible rather than assumed.
