Let's be Real - Mental Health for Young Minds
Short, practical sessions for staff, students and parents - booked one at a time or sequenced across a term.
A workshop is only worth the timetable slot if people use it on Monday. Every session is built around rehearsal: real scenarios, real words, and a small number of things people can actually remember.
Evening sessions for parents and carers on what adolescence is doing to their child's brain, which changes are worth a conversation, and how to open one without it closing in thirty seconds. Runs as a school-hosted cohort or as our open NOTICE workshop.
In person, online or hybrid. Ninety minutes, a twilight session, a half day or a full INSET day. We travel from Frankfurt across Germany and Europe, and deliver the same content in English and German.
Schools usually start with a staff session so adults share a vocabulary, then add student modules and a parent evening within the same term. That way a student who uses the language at home or in class is met with the same response.
Tell us your audience, dates and group size, and we will come back with a format and a price.
