What parents often notice
- Shorter answers
- Increased irritability
- Withdrawal from family time
- Changes in sleep or motivation
- Reluctance to talk about school or friendships
Let's be Real - Mental Health for Young Minds
For parents and carers who want to talk to their teenager about what is really going on - and be met with more than a flat “I'm fine”.
Our NOTICE workshop runs as two live two-hour sessions online, one week apart, in English and German. Schools can also book a private parent cohort.
Most of the work is not a big talk. It is the everyday communication between parent and teen: how you ask, how you react to the answer, and whether the door stays open for the next attempt. We practise those exchanges, including the ones that go badly.
Acknowledge, Notice, Connect, Hold space, Open up stigma, Remain - six moves you can use the same evening, taught with real family examples.
€96 for the full workshop: two live two-hour sessions online via Zoom. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event.
Dates run through the school year in English and German. Schools can also commission a private parent workshop for their community.
